Our innovative program teaches the fundamentals of community engagement, changemaking and purpose centered learning and will be available globally from September 2026.
The Changemaker Journey
- Be The Change is an 11-lesson program designed specifically for 11 to 14 year-olds. This curriculum provides teachers with a structured, step-by-step framework to guide young learners to connect with their personal, local and global communities and become inspired, active, and informed changemakers.
- The course is structured around four core pedagogical strands: Get Connected, Be Informed, Take Action, and Inspire! Every lesson is built for flexibility, formatted into a 40-minute operational block that easily splits into two 20-minute sessions.
The Interconnected Framework
At the heart of this curriculum is a foundational definition of community. Students learn that a community is not just a collection of humans; it is a deeply interconnected web of people, animals, and environments. Community engagement invites individuals to partner with others and apply their knowledge, skills, and qualities to have an impact and work towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
